As the review states, the description of the scrub brush's designed usage does not match the actual quality and it is over-priced. The shipping was fine.

these are very cheap just putting two together or trying to tighten breaks them with little force. i should have checked the strength before i bought. probably works for little kids crafts.

Horrible, first of all it looks used and half gone, second looks like orange polish spilled around the top. Third there was white round dots in the polish. Fourth it was so goopy and hard to use i had to use two coats. Fifth it doesn’t glow pink!

Came packaged well and arrived in a timely manner.
