I clearly informed you of the exact time and location where the item was dropped off, but you ignored my messages and continued to say it was not received. I made several attempts to resolve this issue with you in good faith, but you refused to cooperate and instead insisted on leaving negative feedback. This is unfair, as I did everything reasonably possible to assist and resolve the situation.
