product was totally inferior, not an original hp cartridge and inner and outer packaging was in very poor condition. also, the toner was falling out of the cartridge and box. Hopefully, Walmart will find a more reliable seller. I'm employed at Walmart as a frontend associate and embarrassed to admit it today.

Took ten days to come. Box was scuffed, yellowed and the expiration date was scratched off. Cartridge did not work. Wish I could give them a 0 star. Worst seller ever.

Hello Mary! Please send me a direct message. Every HP ink cartridge is covered by a 1 year warranty after your purchase date by HP I can tell you how to get a replacement through them for free. I apologize for the poor customer service you received by Walmart.com. Unforchantly I have no control over that, next time please reach directly out to me so that I can resolve the issue for you instead of a CS agent that has the only option of having you return it. Even though the return window has closed on you i can still help you and as I brought up before you can still get that item replaced by HP for free, I can give you the contact numbers and the process on how to do it. Sorry for this bad experance

Hello Russell! Im sorry you got an opened toner. Occasionally toner after being inspected if the exterior of the box is resold if it is in good condition and the interior is sealed. It is NEVER resold if the internal seals are opened. I assume in your case that was how it arrived. I am sorry about that and that never should have happened. I see you returned the item and i am glad you did. This item should have never been sold to you or anyone. I apologize for this inconvenience and assure you the next one you buy wont have that issue. Regardless i am sorry that this time that happened

This seller sells old ink. The expiration date says 02-2024, not acceptable. How dare you sell me old ink, usually when I buy ink, the expiration date is far in advance like 2027 or 2028. This is Epson Ink. Epson would never sell me old ink.

Im glad this was able to be settled positively for you but I do apologize that you received a defective unit from the factory. If you can, please send a message on what awful service you received. As stated above you where automatically granted a refund and you did not contact me at all discussing any issues. I want to make sure that whatever issue you came across that may you feel there was awful service that that issue is resolved. I hope that you have not had any other issues.
