They were prompt in getting the unicorn scarf delivered.

Seller advertised 2-day shipping on this dog collar. Once I ordered, I got a tracking notice saying it would take 2 weeks since the item was being shipped from China. Classic bait and switch scam. I reached out to the seller and asked for the order to be cancelled, but they did not respond.

product came as expected and on time had no reason to contact seller

Item listing and description on Walmart.com is intentionally misleading. Particularly the photos.

Item took weeks to arrive, though this was estimated correctly. I could accept this if the correct item was sent. Item delivered did not match images or specified dimensions and cannot meet my needs. At best this was a mistake. At worst it is fraud. Stupid or dishonest: pick one. I have notified the seller, but I do not have the patience to wait for a response. I will not tolerate incompetence or deception, as either scenario is unacceptable. I am returning the product to Walmart directly and seeking a refund. I am very disappointed and this deepens my distrust of Walmart and other retailers that host other sellers. I want to believe this was an honest mistake that can be remedied, but I doubt it. Seller will probably disappear and return under a new name. Lesson learned: do not by from 3rd party sellers.
