I didn't know there was varnish on frets. strings laid flat on frets, otherwise the neck would need to be clamped to get relief on strings. even when trusrod was loss.

They fraudulently deceived me and sold me a "used" guitar case that locks as a "New" guitar case with no keys for the lock. Then it was brought to my attention the case I bought was not only used with missing keys, ut they had marked it up by $25 over all other stores across the web. I returned it immediately.
