poor customer service didn't send complete item said they make right never did dont buy from them

It's a little disappointing. The color is nice but the size, fullest and height was not impressive. Also, when removing them from the packaging it has a power residue that came off of them not sure what that was.

Awful company. Ordered the same item twice from them, as the first item arrived and it wasn't what we ordered. They refused to make it right and wanted us to pay to return the incorrect item to them. So ordered again, and it got lost coming across the ocean I guess. Communication was not good, as they are out of China, so responses are the next day, if they even bother to respond. I was constantly asking for updates. Finally asked for a refund, and they said they would. 20 days later, no refund. Contacted Walmart directly and they processed the refund. Do not buy from this seller. Walmart should be embarrassed that their customers have to deal with this.

Order got here fast and they were packaged really well.

who the heck put my package down they put it on the floor and my dogs broke it i had a table said put my package here on the table

No way to plug it in. it doesn't matter what they did right if I can't use the product I paid for.

The item arrived undamaged and in working condition. They were just as described.

Description great. Flowers and length of stems perfect.
