the item was packed very well and protected, and is exactly what you are advertising and i greatly appreciate that, unfortunately the delivery person left my packages outside of my building and never buzzed me or called an luckily my neighbor seen them when he was entering the building and brought them in or they would have been stolen just like others were from the exact same place almost 2 weeks ago so thats sad i cant depend on absolutely no delivery person from there (Laser ship,OnTrac) so im soo glad i got it though because it works well and she loves it and that's what counts!! Thanks again for keeping your word 👌
