HHVEL is located in China. They did their best to resolve the electronical issues on our children's UTV via email. The fixes suggested just didn't work and a return was initiated. HHVEL offered suggestions and replacement parts. HHVEL was very courteous. Emails did take days due to time zones. Walmart stood behind their sale and wanted a happy customer. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase through HHVEL, I believe we just received an electronically defective toy. Thank you.
