Sent the wrong item and then stated that they didn't accept returns. Thankfully I had 2 good customer sercice reps! They contacted Pops R Us and got me a full refund. i definitely won't do business with them again. Nowhere in the item description does it state that they can substitute an item if they don't have what you paid for and it definitely doesn't state anywhere that they have a no return, no refund policy.

Received a product and the box that in came in was heavily damaged. The funkos usually stay in there box when displayed but this box looked horrible. Seller said no refunds and that they sent it in great condition so I guess I'm just out 60 bucks. Would never buy anything from Pops R Us.
