Ordered a large sun hat from this seller (an urban sombrero). It arrived quickly. The seller had folded the hat in numerous directions so it would fit into a 9x12 sized envelope. It had heavy creases in the massive brim. But the creases are gradually fading over time. So, I would order giant hats from them again
