Packaging Issue. I think the item arrived ok, but the box was actually opened the shipping package top was not glued down so I was surprised to see the small item inside . The outer shipping package needs to be more secure.Hopefully there was just one item being shipped and nothing was lost from the package. Maybe tape is needed as well as the self glue top flap.
