Sent an email about the box that was dropped on the corner with several broken pieces have not heard back yet. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience with the seller. Quick, efficient shipping of the product. It only took a few days to get the product. All of the pieces/parts were there and in good shape. The only negative, the instructions for installation are only pictures. There is no link provided to obtain more in-depth instructions.

The seller didnt communicate with us at all, the quality was sub-par and the shipping was quick, but some of the piecec were damaged when received

Shipment came in multiple boxes over a few days, and there was nothing to indicate more was coming. Therefore, after my husband put half the couch together, I had to reach out that we were missing a box. They then informed me the other box would arrive within a few days. Had it been obvious in an email or something that there was more than one box expected from two different carriers, I would not have reached out with concern. Other than that, all good.
