The seller sent me the wrong Google nest hub. I live in the US ( United States) and the Google nest hub that was sent to, the plug/cord was made for the UK (United Kingdom) I couldn’t get a refund. So I went in store to exchange and they told me they no longer do exchanges. Very disappointed!

I ordered the Google Nest Hub (2nd Generation) through Walmart marketplace. Purchasing the product was easy enough. Shipping was fast. But the unit i received was intended for United Kingdom (Great Britain). I live in the US. The plug on this unit is not compatible with US electrical outlets. I can't even plug it in to see if it works (without an adapter). Seller needs to be clearer on what exactly is being ordered. The product description lists the model number as GA01892-US, but what i received is GA01892-GB. I gave 2 stars because i doubt this was intentionally deceitful, perhaps just selected the wrong item from the shelf before shipping. However, i will be returning and ordering from Google directly instead.

Do NOT buy from this seller. He sells foreign versions with European plugs. I spent two hours returning it. It's a scam.
