I love this straightener. It's at temp in no time , easy grip, doesn't get too hot And doesn't grab And pull on my hair. The only issue Is that the power switch is on the inside of the Straightener. Cute colors too by the way.

everything was packed and sent very nice but I'm sending it back because of the type of attachments are not right for my hair type .

I got one use out of this curling iron and then received an error message and could no longer use. I would never recommend this item as it is cheap and faulty. Do not buy!!

It doesn’t work every time it starts to heat up it reads error and cuts off. Can you replace it?

Just tried to return this item and return wouldn’t go through. Customer service said there’s a glitch in the system and would take 4-5 days to figure it out. Never had this problem before!

I didn’t have to contact seller. Product as described. Quick shipping. Love to pink color . Love the 30 minute auto shut off. Nice long cord too. Only negative about this product is, when you close it on your hair it slides a little sideways.
