I’m writing this review because people need to know. I mistakenly sent 2 chains i ordered from nextleveljewelry seller to kohinoorgems as return. When i realized my mistake i sent them the right chains they then only sent me one back. They claimed i only sent them one incorrect chain. They flat out lied and there was nothing i can do. On top of that they were threatening and unprofessional. You’ve been warned. Terrible seller!

Save your money this seller has a 5 due to he only list 2 reviews. I waited about 2 weeks for my earrings and they were not what I ordered, I had ordered 14kt gold birthstone hopes received cluster dangle pearls I am very disappointed. I have called this establishment and I took time to send a message I have received nothing as yet. I would stay clear of this seller very dishonest and scam. I wouldn’t give any type of star but have to do at least one.
