Horrible customer service
The merchandise was returned to the seller about month ago and they still are holding the money that they took from the account. Send the wrong boots and between the seller ms Walmart isn’t no difference they are both horrible on customer service. Walmart have so many people all over in different countries that offer you to fix the problem that they cause but never 👎 do what they promise . They blame always someone else for their mistakes.the boots in this case sent the wrong size and the boots look nothing like the picture.
Since a month ago claim to do the refund and never happened on the mean time they already have the merchandise on their hands perfect the way was sent. I can’t describe in words the negligent on their service.
