I received the wrong item. I messaged the seller. I was immediately contacted with an apology and prepaid return label. I had read so many negative reviews on walmart.com regarding third-party sellers being unresponsive or unhelpful that I took it as a given that the message I sent would be redirected to outer space with no hope of ever receiving a reply. This seller surprised me. Plus, the quality of the patch I received was fantastic. Yes, it was the wrong patch, but that didn't stop me from noticing that it was a quality item. Tight stitching, crisp wording, vibrant color. I definitely recommend that you buy from this store.
