Didn’t have to communicate with the seller, but these parts are perfect

The cardboard ring on nonstick pan which I thought were permanent is finally gone after several washes. The residue of what I thought were scratches from dragging pot n pan bottoms' carved brand were also gone after a week of daily cleaning. In conclusion, the shipping is great, quality is great. However, item description needs 1 picture of the INSIDE pots n pans so I know exactly how many nonstick I'm getting. Only 1/3 of my set is nonstick which is disappointing. Description needs to include the diameter of the bottom/heating plate of each pan n pot (to see if it fits radiance glass stove) n max height (to see if it fits upper oven with short internal height) to help customer make a speedy purchase instead of reading reviews on many web n asking youtuber about the dimension of their pots n pan and guess.

Delivered to wrong address at 9PM causing me to search for it. Found at a neighbor door. Package weighed 30 pounds. Age and disability made it impossible to move to our address. the correct address was on the package. Driver error. very inconvenient

The item arrived within the estimated 3-hour time frame. It was very securely packaged with tons of bubble wrap surrounding the manufacturer's box that itself firmly protected the item.

Cannot replace a real vacuum. Cannot even pick up cat hair of area rug.
