Purchased this as a Christmas gift Nov 17th on Walmart.com so was not opened or used until after Dec 25th. Six weeks after use, the screen went totally black. Walmart wouldn't allow for a return after 30 days and told me to contact the seller Spice Mobil. I realize there is a 30 day return policy BUT when a laptop totally quits working after 6 wks the company should allow for returns or refund. The only thing they said was to find a place that would honor Levano's warranty. This is not a customer friendly way to handle business and I would NOT do business with this company again.
