Hello Alicia! We've reviewed your order in the system and found that it was placed on April 24, 2025, and shipped the following day, April 25. It was delivered within 4 days, on April 29, not after 2 weeks as mentioned. For delivery notifications, please check your notification settings in your Walmart account. Walmart's system sends notifications for all order status updates, including when it's shipped with a tracking number, and alerts upon delivery. The return initiation button is located right next to the “Review seller” button on the Order Details page — the same place where you left this feedback.
