The shipping could have been done way better. It was basically just put in a big box with like one very little packing protection.

the item did not work when I got it. it was sent to the wrong address to start out with. it took me 5 days to track it down myself. I had to drive 7 miles to get my watch. then it does not work and does not do anything that the app said it would do. now it's saying and y'all's out that if you take it and drop it off at the Walmart store and they scan the barcode your money will be instantly put back on there. so I done that. well that is not true that is a lie. because after y'all scanned it and put the label whatever y'all got to do for it. now it's saying 3 weeks after they get to what they will hold it for 3 weeks for some reason then after the third week 10 more business days before they were refund my money. and this is not right at all
