Horrible customer service, won’t fix the issue. I paid for 2 hoodies, but they only sent me one and Mary’s Shop still has not refunded me for the one they never sent or sent the missing one. I have sent multiple emails, but they just won’t fix it. It’s been going on for over a month now.
