Poor description of this item it isn’t in no way heavy duty and will not hold any thing I only put 10 pairs of pants and a few shirts on the rack and it broke already on the first use. I should be refunded because this was a waste of time and money.

This product isn’t bad if you don’t need it to hold a lot of items.. the overall product is flimsy, if you have a lot of items the poles will slide down. Also, the weight has to be distributed evenly.

Lies about products the item I received was not at all what’s photographed this is pitiful

I received my refund, immediately, upon return to Walmart.

The material used as cheaply made. That is just my opinion. I couldn't see it holding much without tipping over.

No communication. It was delivered in an open box with NOTHING to put it together. Disgraceful

Missing a part for the rack to be completed highly disappointing

it shipped and got here on time. no issues with seller.

I had ordered two of the hanging racks and received both of them. however one of the boxes came with missing parts to the rack.
