Seller sent the WRONG item and REFUSED to refund the shipping cost that I paid. Walmart refunded me, minus the shipping cost, and told me to contact the seller. The seller refused to take responsibility. This was not Walmart’s fault and certainly not the buyer’s fault. This was the SELLER'S FAULT, yet I paid for their mistake. Totally unacceptable. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
