I received a message in app that my package was delivered. And all we got was an envelope with a pen and a card saying my package will come in a separate package, but that doesn’t make sense because it said my PACKAGE WAS delivered. Why send this letter with the tracking you provided for the actual item? And this was their reply “Dear Ydha, Please accept our heartfelt love! We previously informed you about the gift item and requested your confirmation before proceeding with the shipment of the main item. Since we did not receive a response, so we have processed a full refund for your order. You should expect to see the refund credited to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days. If you need any assistance please feel free to contact us any time. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you. Sincerely, Synergy Surplus” just and FYI I never received an email or call about a confirmation, um if I ordered the item why does it have to be confirmed, it’s the holiday season and you NEED to verify what? I will not be purchasing from them ever. I wish I can give it a 0 star!
