I did receive the device in a timely manner, and it was in perfect condition. My problem is that I tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes of placing it, and neither the seller nor Walmart notified me that my request wasn't granted. Only by shipping notifications did I learn that they shipped anyway. Fortunately I ended up needing to use the item, and i like it so I'm choosing to keep it, but this was a bad customer service move. I find it really rich that I'm now being asked to take my time to review the product and the seller when they didn't take the time to communicate with me about my order. I'm only doing it for the sake of my fellow purchasers... I use review to help me make purchasing decisions just like i did with this order, so it's only fair that I contribute. Still, I'm not too sure about the chances of me ordering from this seller again, which is a shame because they have another unit (the Typhur) with fantastic reviews that I was considering purchasing as a gift for my brother. But it seems they cared only about receiving my money, and not about proper customer service. It's unfortunate. But, I guess they did at least provide a good product (The Thermomaven) - I'll give them that credit. I'm not trying to trash the seller - I can only assume they're good folks. But that doesn't mean I'm happy about what's happened here.
