Neutral...im not going to say something bad about the seller. I think they gave me a refund. Everybody has mess ups, im sure they work hard everyday trying just like we all do. I didnt have any contact with them so i didnt deal with them directly.

Not as sturdy as we thought it was going to be according to their description of product. Otherwise, it came quickly.

The seller sent the wrong item and sent 2 packs of 8-1 inch bells. Now they are telling me I should just keep them at 50% or I will have to pay to ship them back even though this is not what I ordered. I am still going back and forth trying to get them to send me what I ordered. I’m fine with sending them the incorrect item they sent me at their cost but still waiting on a shipping label. I’ve sent them pictures of the incorrect item and a picture of what I ordered but they still have not stated they will send me the items I ordered at no additional cost to me.

The seller admitted the mishap. offered 20% refund. It the offer was not accepted.

You get what you pay for and I was shopping cheaply.

The headphones were great, i like them. Quality is great . My issue is with having to pay for shipping AGAIN, before I could get them an additional $7. That is also the only part of my order that I got. The other things from different sellers never showed up.

it actually came before the original shipping game I didn't have to use customer service so I say overall good deal
