Item description is spot on. Took a while to get it though

The seller shipped promptly. No problems. I gave three stars because of poor packaging. That is the shipper's fault. I hope I will be able to use the product.

I did not have any communication with the seller. I thought that the item which was sold to me would help me make earrings and rings.

Wanted me to keep a useless faucet that was miniature sized. He offered me 6 dollars back after asking me to just keep it . It's totally useless ! A garden hose won't fit on it and there is no wall mount. After I told him no for the 2nd time he simply ignored me hoping I'd go away . I do not recommend this clown

I received my product and it was not as described so I started a refund request for the amount of $20.12, I was sent from Walmart to the "seller" directly. Instead of getting a return label and refunding the funds paid I was offered to keep product with no refund, I declined and requested a return label/refund again. I was then offered to keep product %26 refund $6, again I declined. I was then offered to keep product %26 refund of $10, which I declined. I will gladly return the product just send a return label and REFUND me the amount due. I will be contacting my paypal administrator and will try to settle the matter another way. This "seller" is NOT easy to work with and in this case the customer is not considered in the right.
