We’re very sorry to hear that your set was missing some parts. We actually sent you a message through the Walmart system last week, but it seems there may have been a technical issue. We thought it would be better to respond here so our conversation can be clearer and more transparent.
We do have spare parts available and can send them to you at our own cost, though the colors may differ slightly from the originals. While this is the first time we’ve had a report of missing parts after selling many sets across different platforms, we understand that it can happen and truly regret the inconvenience caused.
Please let us know if you would like us to send the replacement parts, and we’ll arrange it promptly.
