When notified, representative did not take issue seriously. Disgusted at lack of empathy and understanding. I was not able to send this bag back. Because of the smell that caused severe problems, I could not get near it, so it sits in the back of my shed. I offered to send it back if they could send someone out to retrieve it. Because the chemical odor is so strong, my concern is not just for my reaction, but any other contact.
