Absolutely awful customer service. At least half of the laundry pods were broken - powder all in the bottom of the bag. I emailed the company %26 waited a week to give them a chance to reply before I included it in my review. No reply. What crap customer service - especially for a laundry soap that costs $27. I expected better.

I’ve used these pods previously. They changed and the pods I received were either broken or would not dissolve. I reached out to the manufacturer several times with no response.
