The item sent was re-packaged and the jar was filled with another product other than Guerlain! Very disappointed and sending back. Shame on you seller!

Packaging was not great as it can be seen in the picture. Product is USED, not sealed as it should. It is deceiving to consumers. The seller should indicated that this is a USED product!!!

I bought what I thought was authentic Anastasia Dip Brow and contacted the company when I believed it was a fake. Never heard from them so I just threw it away.

The items is fake. The box is not even the same. Shame.

This is absolutely fake. It stings your eyes and smells completely different from the fresh soy cleanser sold in stores.

The jars were in a box with little packaging so they rattled around and the lids were dented and the lid came off one of them.
