Looks truly can be deceiving. It came in a little flat box. My Mom thought for sure it wasn't the correct item. But after I finished putting it together (not too complicated) it looked almost the same as it did in the photo. She is totally satisfied with the purchase. Only 4 stars because of the time-consuming assembly of the closet. Overall worth the time and money.
