I specifically bought this as it was stated as new, it’s clearly not new! No tape or any packaging on the game. Scratches on the disc. I’m torn on what to do as it’s a birthday gift and I want to know if it actually works. I’ve bought 2 used and had to return both as neither worked…. Hence the reason I bought new, or so I thought I was!
