Didn't contact the seller. But they sold a knock off and tried to pass it as the real thing.

I didn't receive the product and I didn't return it, and their response was to ask my neighbor if they delivered my order. They use USPS, which is a poor service and gets lost, and they don't want to take responsibility.

It's fake and it smells nothing like the original perfume. 🤨

The perfume was shipped in aa durable box with excellent packing materials which were all recyclable. No communication was needed - the item arrived as promised and on time.

They charged for shipping and then took two weeks to ship the product. It was difficult to discuss with them and cancel the purchase. Also the fragrance lost its scent right after first use. Buy from them at your own risk.

i am not happy with my purchase. This does not smell like the real juluetee has a gun Vanilla Vibes. it has a slight rotten egg smell.

I did not recieve the aftershave. I was told after I inquired where it is, that it was lost in transit.
