I had sent Ningbobaona an email last week letting him know his washer is not working that I bought and I still have not heard anything from him as of today 12/19/2025. I'm still no longer able to do my laundry because this is the second one I have bought and they both have torn up on me. Please I need to hear from you ASAP. I need a refund or something has to be done.
