Seller sent items promptly. Reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they sent one item new and the other refurbished. Future clients should be advised. Item purchase Crane air purifier 250 sq ft. I got one unit white and the other one was yellow on the bottom. It just so happens that a member of the family hast worked in testing devices and noted that the unit could have been in a flood previously and then refurbished. I’m a bit said to say the least. I won’t be buying any Crane units in the future. They work but I’m very disappointed for not stating that at least one of the units was refurbished.

My item arrived earlier than expected just in time for Christmas so obviously they shipped out in time.
