This camera is a great camera for the price %26 I like how user friendly it is for me as a content creator thus far. But, I was missing one item from my order %26 it was the second battery. So I called Walmart and got in touch with a customer service representative named Renan %26 he helped me out. I expressed to him that I wanted to keep the camera instead of sending it back %26 to compensate me he gave me a $25.00 promo code for me to use on my next order. So to utilize the promo code, I will be ordering extra batteries for my camera. I also plan on doing a unboxing video %26 a usage follow up camera review video on my social media platforms as well. Not Recommended This item is very disappointing. It does not connect to WiFi as advertised, and the instructions provided through the app are unclear and unhelpful. After multiple attempts, the connectivity was completely unsuccessful. I would not recommend this product.

I wouldn't say this is the seller's fault. But the shipping had issues where it said it was in transit and stuck in dallas showed up anyways better tracking whether that's on the seller or the shipping company

They never got back to me about a mailing label to return it
