I received this item on time. It is easy to use. My concern is that you can't tip it even a little because then it leaks water on the item you are steaming. I was trying to steam a suit jacket which was very tricky and I had to go over it several time to get the wrinkles out. The steam did not last 10 minutes. It was more like 5 minutes. It did heat up very quickly. It was a very good item; it just takes a few precautions which I realized as I used it. I would recommend it.
