The exterior was not labeled indicating delicate contents. The plants were not individually wrapped causing moisture.

The plant delivery was satisfactory, however, the plants were marked with mold and the stems were of a brown color. This was a disappointing experience, but I sincerely hope they will survive.

The seller told me to contact Walmart customer service to get a replacement. they gave me the runaround and bad information. it takes days to hear back from them. I just want a product that lives.
