DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SELLER!
The seller sent me a fake UPS 1z tracking number indicating that the item shipped on 23 January. On 31 January, the tracking status was updated to DELAYED. I contacted the seller on 8 Feb, a full week after the product was to arrive, to follow up. They responded on 10 Feb saying I would have the product in 3 days, if I would like it reshipped. I IMMEDIATELY responded that I would. On 13 Feb, they contacted me again saying that the product should arrive in 3-5 days. I responded and asked them to verify that they had shipped it to the correct address. On 15 Feb, they responded that the product had shipped and to the correct address and that I should have it within five business days. On 16 Feb, I contacted Walmart customer service as it was five business days from the 10 Feb email that said I would have the product in five business days. They contacted the seller, listed as Dr. Meks and asked for tracking information. The seller never responded. Five business days from the 15 Feb message that the product had shipped to the correct address was today, 23 Feb 24. No product has arrived. Walmart had no updated shipping information.
FINALLY, TONIGHT, 23 Feb 24, a full month after they provided the fake UPS tracking number and said they shipped the product, I was able to get a refund on the product with the refund issued by Walmart, not Dr. Meks/Wexley LLC.
