Email communication was consistent however it mislead be to think the item was shipped before it actually was. It just wasn't clear at time of placing this order that the shipping would take so lone. I would encourage an eta at the time of order based on a zip code so that people are not surprised. We are used to receiving items very quickly and this was NOT the case. I am still waiting for the 2nd pair as I ordered them in 2 colors. Apparently they shipped from 2 different vendors. Walmart may consider NOT selling products from 3rd parties in other countries.
