The humidifier I got was already used. I didn't need it right away and so I didn't fully take it out of the box until after the return window. Thete is weird debris in it and the mist hole and nozzle have calcium build up. Disgusting and completely unprofessional for a company to send a used product when the listing was for a new item.

I Love this slushy machine. It is just as good as name brand versions. I can quickly make and mocktail or soda slushy I want. It takes about 10-15 minutes max. It was very easy to setup and use. It also is very easy to clean because it has a clean function integrated. Overall I would recommend the slushy machine.
