Wants you to send videos nonstop when you have already sent them and then only want to refund a portion to put to another one which didn’t work properly either.

Communication was good, called to say color ordered was out of stock, would provide a partial refund for inconvenience. No partial refund received. I ordered 2 of these.

When I messaged seller about my product that stopped working after 60 days. I informed them that I had done what needed to be done before I contacted them. They just repeated on the steps to do, which I had already done and told them in the message. Then I had to send a video. Then they told me the steps again. After messaging back and forth for over a week. They informed me they could just give 20% back. I just wanted get my money back even if I had to return the item.

horrible customer service. my device is defective and they wont help replace it, or fix it.

My litter box arrived as promised. I had a little trouble getting it off kitten mode since I had it on carpet, so I put it on a plank and it weighs correctly now. I asked thru customer chat and they gave me suggestions to try and then I figired it out. I do have 1 larger cat that hasn"t tried it yet, he just looks at it.
