instructions are ok to assemble but that's all there is for help

Accuracy of item dead on and got here a week earlier than what was originally stated. That was nice. Packaged very well and they have a customer service number directly to them if needed. I have not needed them.

I’m disappointed because my fireplace heater wasn’t delivered not sent. Only the remote. They said about a refund for that part and I keep getting a deduction of funds from $46 originally to now $40.12 and it’s not appearing on my card for whatever reason. Just $1 or $2 each time??

Everything was fine until I was told I couldn’t receive my item in the color I requested which was pink for a 5 year old girl due to it being damaged during packaging, which is very disappointing really wanted the pink one had to choose between white and black wasn’t really interested, but since my order was already in the process, I went with it never again. However, per my request due to the holiday I did receive my order a few days Earlier than expected, wish it was exactly what we wanted, though!
