I had no reason to contact the seller. I love this palm scrubbing brush. Put Dawn dishwashing liquid in the reservoir push on the rubber bulb it flows into the bristles, and you just scrub away all stuck on food particles. We love it and it was fast shipping.

These are not what I ordered. They are clear and plastic but an entirely different shape. This is what I already have and I hate them.

The order came fast. Only took a few days. Both bottles were wrapped in plastic in case of mishaps.

So far so good but we've only had this a few months. This brand was recommended to me because I'm tired of buying cheap can openers. This one works great on Tuna cans but a little harder to use on corn beefed hash cans so I think it depends on the exact shape of the cans. But I'm loving it so far!

The krazy glue was damaged. the cover was disconnected from the brush and the brush was stuck in the bottle. The liquid looked like it was not even in the bottle or it had dried up.
