I received this vanity on January 28th, and upon opening the package, I immediately noticed significant damage. The main working surface was nearly broken in half, and the cushion on the stool was sliced open. Since we did not cut the box open, the damage was clearly not our fault.
I attempted to contact the seller using the email provided in the instructions, but the email address was invalid. With no other contact information available, I reached out to Walmart customer service, who then messaged the seller on my behalf. The seller eventually responded, apologized, and asked for 4-5 days to find a resolution, citing their "spring festival" as the reason for the delay.
After not hearing back, I contacted Walmart customer service again. In total, I had to reach out to them twice just to get responses from the seller. I asked the seller for a phone number twice through this experience and was never probided one from the seller. walmart customer service provided me with the sellers listed phone number, and the number was not a working line. Fifteen days after my initial contact, I was finally asked which parts needed to be replaced—only to be told that they had no "extra accessories" available. Instead, they offered me a mere $20 refund for a completely unusable vanity.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the vanity and the seller’s customer service. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unacceptable resolution make this a terrible buying experience. I would not recommend this product or this seller to anyone.
