I ordered two of these letter tray organizers and one came without any screws to put it together, which is rather pointless. I had to return it and order another one, which I'm hoping will come with all of the parts so I can put it together. The company doesn't send missing parts; you have to return the entire thing and order another, which is a total hassle.
