Never received item from entities, no refund from company.

This product is advertised as a new monitor. I believed that I was buying a new monitor from Walmart. What I received was a refurbished monitor from East Coast Entities, not in original packaging, without any user manual or warranty paperwork, and a cable wrapped only in a rubber band. The monitor literally has a sticker on it that says ACER RECERTIFIED. When I contacted the seller, this was their reply: "Hi, thank you for your message. This item is 100% brand new and unused in the package. We wanted to let you know that only the standard 30-day warranty is applicable for purchases made through Walmart.". I added photos to the product review showing the refurbished sticker. The Acer website states that their new products have a 1-year warranty, more proof this is a fake. This is a bait and switch scam. This seller is trying to scam consumers. Walmart should drop this seller.

I ordered a Cuisinart French classic pot and pan set from this company for $425. They sent me a box of wood. Neither this company or Walmart will give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from them if you care about your money!

wondering now if item was new or not, box wasn't taped but plastic was on everything inside. Waiting for response from seller for refund

Was top notch. The items came in a slightly warped (weather-beaten?) yet new %26 unopened box, but the product inside was flawless, so that's all that matters.

Terrible. Was supposed to send 8 bowls and sent 1. I reached out 3 times and no reply. Never got my bowls and took the money. Very upset.

Item was not in a package, they just slapped a shipping label on the router box. It arrived badly damaged and missing parts. I would beware of purchasing anything from them.
