Everything was great with my order. The cup is just perfect in every way. Love the size and the design of the lid is great. Also, it is easy to clean because you can put it in the dishwasher. I received one at Christmas and loved it so much that I ordered another one in a different color.

We chose this insulated cup because it has a lid that screws on, not just push on. This is an extra help if the cup falls over the lid does not come off and spill the contents.

ordered 1, they shipped and billed me for 2. Power cord is junk, melts after 3 days. Igloo has no power cords for sale. Customer service said they would ship me one from the warehouse. didn't happen. without a power cord, its just a plastic cooler that you have to put ice in it. Way too expensive for that. I cannot even find a power cord online from another distributer.

I liked this insulated covered mug much more than I anticipated. It was a replacement for a plastic covered mug that was stained and had seen better days. The insulation works as described, kept my drink hot from start to finish. The metal interior should eliminate permanent staining issues. The sip lid took a moment to figure out (right v left orientation) but works very well, just make sure the lid is fully seated (screwed on) to seal. I recommend this product and seller.

The item was just as they said it would be, and it arrived in perfect condition.

Product broke. 2nd time I’ve bought this exact model and they both are garbage unfortunately. The handle needs redesigned because it breaks in the same exact spot.

They never got delivered at all , I was double charged , normally really happy with this company , major disappointment this time
